How to Build It
1. Set Up Granola
In Granola:
Create a workspace (ex: “Sales”)
Create a Document List (ex: “Leads”) to organize sales calls
Make sure your meetings are being recorded with notes + transcript
The AI needs raw material. Better notes = better follow-up.
2. Create Zapier Trigger
In Zapier:
New Zap → Trigger: Granola
Event: New Meeting
Workspace: Select your workspace
Document List: Select your sales call folder (ex: “Leads”)
Test it by completing a sales call in Granola.
3. Generate Follow-up Content with Claude
Add Claude action:
